Tutorial: Making a payment from a mobile phone

Your e-banking platform includes an intelligent payment system! There's no need to choose the type of payment: a pre-selection will be made automatically and optimally based on your payment data.

Before you start

Make sure you have the IBAN or account number of the person to whom you wish to transfer money.

1.

From the Home screen, press "New payment".

OR

From the menu, press "Payments", then "New payment".

Enter your beneficiary's IBAN.
Press on the payment suggested by the system (in this case "National payment" in the example here).

Select the account to be debited in the field with the same name.

Click on "Bank details" and enter the beneficiary's name and country.

5.

Enter the amount you wish to pay.
Enter the reason for payment.
Scroll down and press "Verify payment".

Check the data.
If everything is correct, press "Confirm payment".

To secure your payment, the SecureAccess CA next bank app opens.
Press "Confirm" in the top right-hand corner of the SecureAccess app.

8.

In the e-banking app, finalise your payment by pressing "OK".

Pay your bills with eBill

By centralising the receipt of your bills directly in your e-banking platform, eBill gives you better visibility of your budget and facilitates your day-to-day payments. Whether it's your insurance, Internet or credit card bill: with eBill, you'll no longer receive them by post or e-mail, but can instead access them in your e-banking platform, from your computer or mobile.

Payments and transfers

SEPA payment

For transfers to the Eurozone.

International payment (SWIFT)

For international transfers (outside the Euro-zone).

National payment

For transfers to another bank in Switzerland.

Account transfer

To make an account-to-account transfer.

QR-bill

This digital payment method replaces payment slips as of 1 October 2022.
